Jeff Grell - Chairman

Jeff Grell is a co-founder and President of Junction Solutions. He is responsible for leading all aspects of Junction's business worldwide. Jeff's career includes over 20 years in the consulting and software industries.

Before Junction Solutions, Jeff was a Vice President with Open Latitude, a supply chain application software company for retail distribution where he was responsible for implementation services and software development. Prior to Open Latitude, Jeff was a Vice President with FutureNext Consulting, a partner with Horizon Consulting, and a Senior Manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

David Little - Managing Director

David Little has over 15 years of retail systems experience and is responsible for all aspect of the UK and European operations within Junction Solutions.

Prior to Junction Solutions, David has held senior roles with Armature, NSB (now BT Retail), and Prologic plc. As Sales Director of Prologic plc, David grew revenues from £6m to £11m over 4 years and supported the successful floatation of Prologic on AIM in June 2005.

Hector Hickmott - Sales Director

Hector Hickmott has over 10 years of retail systems sales experience and is responsible for all Sales and Marketing functions.

Prior to Junction Solutions, Hector held senior roles at ROC Consulting Group, where he was heavily involved with SAP for Retail and Prologic plc who provide an Oracle based ERP solution for branded fashion businesses. As Head of New Business Sales at Prologic he re-energised the sales and marketing function, securing many major contracts with leading branded fashion retailers.

Richard Swift - Finance & Consultancy Director

Richard is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience of financial and management accounting. Richard is responsible for financial management within the business and also leading the financial implementation work with clients.

Prior to joining Junction Solutions, Richard worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers for 19 years and gained wide ranging experience of ERP implementation and business change specialising in the retail sector. He has also worked in programme and project management and extensively at board level with large companies.
